JustAskMe is a direct-to-fan platform where creators can answer questions from their audience via text or video and get paid for it. It's a place for genuine connection without the noise of traditional social media.

JustAskMe works in any mobile or desktop web browser, so there is nothing to install. A dedicated mobile app is not available at this time.

We're sad to see you go. You can delete your account by navigating to Settings > Account > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Verification badges are granted to creators who link active social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, X) with a significant following or established presence. You can request verification in your Settings tab.

No. You have full control. You can accept or decline any question. The fan's card is only charged when you answer. If you decline (or if 7 days pass without an answer), the hold on their card is released and they are never charged.

Absolutely. You can update your price per question at any time in your dashboard. The new price will apply to all future incoming questions.

When answering, you can record video directly in the app, upload pre-recorded video files (MP4, MOV), or reply with text. Audio-only replies are coming soon!

Your card is authorised when you ask and only charged when the creator answers. If they decline your question or don't answer within 7 days, the hold is released and you are never charged.

Currently, questions cannot be edited or cancelled once sent, so please double-check your question before submitting. Remember, your card is only charged if the creator answers.

We use Stripe for secure payouts. Once you answer a question, the funds are added to your JustAskMe balance. You can request a payout to your bank account from your dashboard once your balance reaches $500, and it is paid out via Stripe on your payout schedule.

JustAskMe takes a flat 25% commission on your question price. This covers credit card processing fees, video hosting costs, and platform development. You keep 75% of your price. Fans pay your price plus a 20% service fee at checkout; that fee is separate from your share.

Yes. You are responsible for reporting your earnings. Stripe, our payment processor, issues tax forms (such as Form 1099-K) to creators who meet IRS thresholds. We provide downloadable transaction history to help with your taxes, but JustAskMe does not provide tax advice.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our cloud providers. We never sell your data to third parties. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and we never store your card details.

We strictly prohibit harassment, hate speech, illegal content, adult/NSFW content, spam, and copyright violations. We act on confirmed violations, up to and including account removal.

Use the "Report" button visible on any creator profile. We review every report and act on confirmed violations.
